I was the buyer’s agent on this property; I secured the buyers, who were international buyers, because of my extensive presence on the Internet. They responded to my Internet advertising, (Facebook, Google AdWords, website, Zillow etc.) on one my Featured Listings. I showed them that property and they asked me to show them similar properties on the 280 corridor. This took us into Greystone, Shoal Creek, Liberty Park and Inverness. Initially their primary concern was security, the home had to be behind an armed gate. As they became more familiar with Birmingham and its surrounding community’s security became a minor priority and quality of construction, community and a unique floorplan became their priorities.
They decided on 2012 Wilmington Place because “this house is perfect in every way, I feel at home here.”
